Important

All items will be shipped in 5-7 business days via lettermail or small packet air which are untracked, unless upgraded shipping is selected at checkout.

Processing and Shipping

- All items are handmade to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for me to design, create, and package your order before it is ready to be mailed. Please feel free to email me at lauramaysignageco@gmail.com if you need your order rushed and I will do my best to have yours out the door ASAP

**Please note that all custom orders ship within 2-3 weeks.**

-Once shipped, here are the current Canada Post shipping time frames:

CANADA: 3-10 business days
USA: 14+ business days
INTERNATIONAL: 21+ business days

-Please note that these shipping times are not guaranteed and we are not liable for any unexpected delays that may occur after your order has been mailed.

-If you are worried about your order arriving on time please contact me BEFORE you place your order and we can discuss some possible options.

Refunds & Exchanges

-All items are handmade to order, which means that your item is created as a one of a kind, custom order just for you! Unfortunately that means that we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

-Please read all listing descriptions before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! You can reach me by sending me a message on our contact form, or emailing lauramaysignageco@gmail.com

-Refunds will not be issued if your order does not arrive in time for your event. If you are hoping to have your order by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE you place your order to see if delivery is possible or if a rush processing or shipping upgrade is necessary.

Lost & Damaged Packages

-It is rare, but there is a very small possibility that your order may get lost in transit by the mail system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

-If you receive an item that is damaged please send us a message with a photo of the damage within 24 hours so that we can come up with a solution together.

-Your happiness is my #1 priority, and I strive to provide you with excellent customer service in every way possible. I want to make sure that you are always happy and satisfied with not only your purchase, but the ordering process. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out!

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

Noooo problem! Send me a message, email me at lauramaysignageco@gmail.com, or fill out our custom order form and we can work together to bring your idea to life! I absolutely LOVE working on custom orders, so never hesitate to reach out!

**Please note that the processing time once a custom order has been placed is 1-3 weeks.**

Will I receive a tracking number?

-All milestone disc sets are mailed as a parcel, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

-In an effort to save you money on shipping all other items in our shop ship via lettermail, and therefore DO NOT come with a tracking number. If you would like to track your package we recommend upgrading your shipping at checkout.
