Custom Orders

 

If you've clicked on to this page...YAY!  You are one step closer to designing the perfect signage for your event! The custom order process is outlined for you below, but if you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR SIGN

A great place to start is by taking a look at our Design & Style Guide. It was designed to spark your creativity, and outline the different signage options that are available. Here you will find sign shapes/sizes, paint and font colours, as well as font options. However you are not confined to the option presented in our guide...if you have another idea in mind we would LOVE to work with you to bring your idea to life!

STEP 2. FILL OUT OUR CUSTOM ORDER FORM

Once you have made some initial selections for your design, fill out our custom order form. You can find it at the bottom of our home page. We will be getting back to you within 72 hours of submitting the custom order request with further details and an initial quote for your signage.

**(Please note that your final price may be more/less than your initial quote to reflect changes made to your sign during the design process. You will always be notified of any price changes while we work together to design your signage.)

STEP 3. THE DESIGN STAGE

This is the fun part! This is where you get to see your sign come to life! Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your first proof. Your proof will arrive in a PDF via email. We will then work together to finalize your design. We provide three rounds of changes in order to make sure that you are absolutely in LOVE before we begin creating your sign. 

**(Please note that after three rounds of changes there is a $30 fee for each additional round.)

We suggest going over your proofs with a keen eye, and perhaps with a friend or family member to ensure nothing gets missed!

This process usually takes between 1-2 weeks, depending on the amount of changes and your response time.

STEP 4. THE CREATION STAGE

Your job is done...now the rest is up to us! As soon as your design is finalized we will start creating your signage. Please allow for a 1-2 week turnaround time  for custom orders. **(Please note this does NOT include shipping time)

STEP 5. POSTAGE OR PICK-UP

Once your signage is ready you will receive an email letting you know that your order is either ready for pick-up or has been placed in the mail. We ship everything via Canada Post, and do our best to provide you with shipping updates where possible. However once your signage has been mailed any delays are not our responsibility. It's not often that delays happen, but unfortunately once we ship our packages any delays are out of our control.

If your order did not come with tracking, we recommend upgrading your shipping to "express" at checkout. This will ensure that your order is shipped with a tracking number.
